It’s relatively light and compact compared with other machines, and we found it plenty easy to move over bumps and thresholds. It’s simple to operate, with a dirty tank that opens in half for quick rinsing, a clip for the power cord on the handle, and a foot-pedal power switch for quick operation. Another cool feature is the heated-dry function; thanks to that, your rugs will be ready to walk across sooner than with our main pick. The attached hose tool, however, wasn’t nearly as good as the one on our top pick—it failed to lift our wine and ink stains.
